About Jess
Jessica Hartle is the owner of Little Sprouts Daycare, LLC in Monroe, Virginia. She is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. After teaching in the public school system for 5 years, she started Little Sprouts Daycare in 2023. She is excited to offer a childcare service that provides excellence, a safe learning environment, and quality care for families in the Lynchburg area.
Jessica married her college sweetheart in November of 2018. Together, they have three adorable children (4 Years, 2 Years, and 3 Months Old). They enjoy spending time with family and friends, serving in their church, and family outings at Rookies.
Experience:
- Bachelors in Elementary Education from Liberty University
- Virginia Teaching License and 5 Years of Teaching Experience
- Experienced Camp Counselor, Babysitter, and Preschool Assistant
Certifications:
- VA Voluntary Registration
Little Sprouts, LLC. is a registered daycare through the state of Virginia which means we have been background checked, our space has been state inspected, and we are committed to yearly checks. This also limits me from watching more than 4 children (excluding my own). - CPR & First Aid Adult/Pediatric Certification
Jessica has continued to keep her CPR certification valid since 2015 by retaking the course every 2 years, most recently completed in February 2025.
